A Maltese dog has been the victim of death threats in the United States since she inherited a staggering 12 million dollar inheritance fortune. - ‘Trouble’ inherited the money when her owner – hotelier Leona Helmsley - passed away in August this year. Leona was the one of the richest women in the world, gaining a billion dollar fortune through her chain of hotel businesses. However, she came unstuck in the 1980’s when she was jailed for tax evasion. - In UK sterling, Trouble has inherited just over 5 million pounds and following over 20 death threats has had to go into hiding. Reports suggest that she took a private jet to Florida. - So, just what could a rich pooch like Trouble buy herself with a 5 million fortune from your local pet shop or online pet store? Well, we have our suggestions - but why not post yours to our pet forum? - Add as favourites (0) | Quote this article on your site | Views: 963
