Dear All, the reason of registering on this site is a question. In the UK pets have rights, protection is given to them, and you love them and rescue them if necessary and I deeply agree that this is the right way of handling these issues. I wish it would have been the same in Hungary. But if this is the situation how you can explain me that it is not possible to rent a house with a dog? At least in Cornwall it seems to be impossible. I always see "no pets". And we were unable to find a house in the past 6 weeks with a 12 years old pointer dog who does not hurt anything in a house, and anyhow, we pay a deposit and above that we could be impeached for any damage. So what do you think, are all of the landlords from the worse kind of humanity or being 'pet-friend' is something which is only "in words" but not in fact. Thanks in advance for any response.
