Feels like we have been waiting for summer forever. Christmas is over and now there’s nothing but a big expanse of nothingness until the warmth of spring finally comes around. Easter is something to look forward to, but it’s still a few weeks away. The only thing that kept us going was Celebrity Big Brother, and that finished last night (PS. well done Shilpa Shetty, you were our favourite). - Talking of celebrities, I’ve often wondered what it would be like to be a celebrity pet. Could I cope with all that poochy pampering, the fashion clothes, the celebrity diet, fitness regime and the grooming? - Shilpa Shetty’s dog ‘Champagne’ – a Pekinese – looks happy enough, and I could easily imagine myself in its place snuggling up on Shilpa’s lap having her pet me. I didn’t have to think too long about it did I? – Bring it on baby. - If you think about it, Kitty and I are already celebrities on the web, only the pampering hasn’t begun yet. Who knows, with our blog already reaching loads of people one day every pet owner, and non pet owner, across the UK will know who we are, we’ll have children’s books written with us as central characters, a cartoon series making us national celebrities, or even our own column in a national newspaper….(Kitty: he can get so easily carried away) - Celebrity life must have its downsides though, which I am sure Shilpa knows about already because she is already a huge star in India. But the British media is very different, and following the behaviour of some of her housemates, I think she’s realized it’s a very different world in the UK. - Celebrity or not – it’s a dogs life and I’m loving it. -   Add as favourites (0) |  Quote this article on your site | Views: 128
