The world's biggest dog show has lost its £1.5 million sponsorship deal from pet food manufacturer Pedigree.

Last month, the RSPCA and the Dogs Trust cut their links with the show following the BBC documentary that accused the event of promoting canine breeding that leads to deformities and diseases.

Last year over 14 million viewers watched footage from Crufts over 4 days, but the BBC is yet to announce if it will be covering the event.
