ben dog.jpgHot on the heels of Pedigree who pulled a lucrative £1.5 million sponsorship deal, the Pets Dispensary for Sick Animals has followed suit.  The PDSA said it was withdrawing from all Kennel Club events over unacceptable breeding practices and health issues affecting some pedigree dog breeds.

To date, big names such as Pedgree, RSPCA and the Dogs Trust have cut their links with the show following the BBC documentary that accused the event of promoting canine breeding that leads to deformities and diseases.
