The British Horse Society is looking for thrill-seekers to take part in a charity Skydive to raise money for the Access Fighting Fund.
-
Those who would like to join in this amazing experience – and help the BHS continue its access work for every horse and rider – can choose to jump on 20 August at Langar, Nottinghamshire or 21 August at Hinton, Northamptonshire. The jump is free for participants who raise more than £360.
-
BHS Senior Executive (Access and Rights of Way) Heather Clatworthy said: “If you’re really passionate about rights of way and looking for a challenge, or simply love extreme sports, what better a way to show your dedication than jumping out of a plane? This is an amazing, adrenaline-filled way of raising funds and awareness for the BHS’s rights of way work, and a great reason to do something you may have only dreamed of.”
-
The Access Fighting Fund was created in 2007 in order to further the Society’s work to defend, extend and promote a safer rights of way network for all. The fund enables the BHS to make and defend legal challenges where equestrian access is threatened.
