 By exotic pets, we’re not referring to Rebecca – Coventry born Z-list celebrity who was recently ejected from Channel 4’s zoo-like reality TV show Big Brother – we’re talking about the traveling exotic pet show that is coming to Coventry market this summer.
Tarantulas, cuddly bunnies and a three-foot lizard will be some of the animals visiting as part of Petwise Mobile Zoo. Coventry Zoo staff will be making three trips to the market to educate the public on caring for animals. On show will be a nine-foot snake, gophers, stick insects, parrots, scorpions, ferrets, meerkats, bearded dragon lizards, blue-tongued skinks and snakes.
The event is free – and will run from 10am to 3pm.
