happy_vets.jpgDo you know what to do if a dog or cat stops breathing? Could you cope in an accident? The Pet Care Trust is here to help. Eminent veterinarian, Dr Vicki J Adams is leading a one-day course on animal first aid emergencies and wound management on Monday 22 February, from 10am-4pm.
-

‘If you work with animals in a grooming salon, kennel, cattery or any other animal environment, being able to deal with emergencies should be core to your training and development – and it is important to refresh your skills frequently,’ said Meriel France, Education and Animal Welfare Manager at the Pet Care Trust. ‘This course could help you to save a dog’s life.’
-

As an extra bonus, those with a level-3 qualification will receive continuous professional development points. All attendees will receive handouts, lunch, refreshments and a certificate of attendance.
-

The workshop is being held at the Pet Care Trust offices in Bedford and costs just £45 for members, £65 for non-members, or £40 for members making group bookings. The package includes an information booklet, certificates, lunch and refreshments.
-

To book your place call the pet care trust on 01234 273933.
